Production Meeting Notes
Production meeting notes
Scene 1
The shoot went quite smoothly. Although there were a lot of unexpected families and kids at the Rookery we were able to push through. The people in the background added a more natural aesthetic, enabling the audience to feel as if this is a real-life event. As the people in the surroundings were not actors. Another issue we faced due to the children and families increasing the time between shots. We had to waste no time and capitalise off of the positioning of the sun to ensure that the shot was right. In addition, as we had to change the date of the production due to issues with weather, therefore the actress and artist didn't have a lot of time to prepare for the shoot as the date was pushed forward. We had a quite a few takes due to wrong positioning and wrong lyrics.
Scene 2
The second scene also faced similar problems to the first. One shot required the suns reflection on her face. During the process of filming one shot, the sun was covered behind a cloud causing the effect of the shot to change. I was able to analyse from the raw footage that the mood we wanted to create was no longer visible. Therefore I advised and waited for the sun to no longer be covered by the cloud. In addition due to the frantic surroundings, we were in. We had to take advantage of situations where places were free this caused a couple of the crew to be tired and end up in a few of the shots. However, I spotted that within a few shots the tripod and bags were in a couple of the scenes.
Scene 3
The third scene, we run out of the prop of popcorn as the crew ended up eating it all, I know funny right. We encountered a problem with the shadow of the lights within the scene. The crew and I had to work out were the light was bouncing off to reduce the effect of the shadow.

Song
Messy Love
[Intro]
'New Park Road'
[Chorus]
Take me, break me
Use me for your messy love
Steal me, beat me
Use me for your messy love
Chain me, break me
Use me for your messy love
Steal me, beat me
Use me for your messy love
[Verse]
Yeah, girl, I've always been a hard hitter
Deep convictions to the bone
I never wanted you to try me
But you refuse to take my note
Don't you think that we should be together?
Say our prayers to the same Gods
We know that we don't have forever
So tell me what it is you want
(Yeah)
[Chorus]
Take me, break me
Use me for your messy love
Steal me, beat me
Use me for your messy love
'New Park Road'
[Chorus]
Take me, break me
Use me for your messy love
Steal me, beat me
Use me for your messy love
Chain me, break me
Use me for your messy love
Steal me, beat me
Use me for your messy love
